We got a call in July for some repairs that needed to be done before our customer could sell his home, we replaced concrete footings and porch posts, we tried to stop a roof leak that has been there for years and advised the customer to replace the roof and we did, the bank approved the repairs and the closing was on time, we take pride in addressing these kind of issues because they can be tricky and are not as easy as they look.
